Duties & Responsibilities:
The Business Coordinator is the initial contact with a prospective client. IPA Business Coordinator telephones CEOs, presidents, and owners of companies;
and, through a brief presentation, shares with them the benefits of the services we provide.
The Business Coordinator then seeks to schedule an appointment with one of our outside Sales
Representatives.
The Business Coordinator must have strong oral communication skills and good decision making ability to represent IPA with the highest degree of professionalism. Strong understanding of the services provided by IPA and technical business skills are required to work with various client industries.
Ideal Candidate:
One + year(s) prior customer service or telemarketing related experience. High School graduate
or GED, plus Sales and Marketing training courses; college degree a plus. The ability to project
personality, through voice, as well as diction and enunciation, are required. Excellent interpersonal
skills. Good decision making ability. Capable of working independently as well as with a team.
